Construction Procedure
1. lower plate installation (heat insulation and sound insulation)
– Install the lower plate from one corner according to the layout plan
– After installing the lower plate, check the joint area and check whether it is flat
2. Hot water pipe installation
– For hot water pipe (XL pipe), use 12A (outer diameter 16mm, inner diameter 12mm)
– Install the hot water pipe from the part close to the distributor in line with the hot water pipe line on the lower plate of Hoya Radiant Floor Heating Panel.
– Be careful not to bend the hot water pipe when installing the rotating part.
– The part that connects with the distributor is installed in consideration of the margin
– Fill-form installation on the entire edge
3. Top plate installation
– Install the upper plate according to the joint part of the lower plate of Hoya Radiant Floor Heating Panel
– When combining, use a rubber hammer, etc. to be careful of deformation and damage of the top plate.
4. Distributer connection (Manifold)
– According to the size of the distributor, connect the installed hot water pipe and the distributor using a connection socket (coupling).
– Connect the hot water pipe to the distributor so that it is as vertical as possible.
5. Boiler connection
– In case of direct connection to the boiler, connect the distributor to the boiler pipe
– According to the specifications of the boiler and distributor, connect using a connection socket (coupling) that meets the specifications.
6. Installation finish
– Radiant Floor Heating Panel installation finish
7. Flooring installation-Finishing the floor materials
– Air discharged by starting a boiler, etc.
– After air exhaust is completed, go directly to the test run and check the surface temperature.
